*bellapierre lip essentials kit in Velvet Rose Lipstick is drying. Balm is barely tinted Vaseline. Lip liner is okay. Lip gloss is pretty. Since I found it at 5 Below, I paid $5 for a mediocre liner and decent gloss, which is fine. I passed the balm to a kid and tossed the lipstick.
